CHM法合成BaMnO_3、Ba_1/2 Sr_1/2 MnO_3纳米晶体 被引量:1

BaMnO_3 and Ba_(1/2)Sr_(1/2)MnO_3 Nanoparticles Synthesized by CHM Method

摘要 采用复合碱媒介法(CHM),以BaC l和MnO2为原料在200℃、24 h的生长条件下合成了纳米BaMnO3单晶颗粒。采用同样方法,以Sr(NO3)2、BaCO3以及MnO2为原料,在200℃、24 h的生长条件下,用50%的Sr替代50%的Ba,成功合成了Ba1/2Sr1/2MnO3。用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及能量散射X射线谱(EDS)对产物的晶相、形貌和成分进行了分析,并且解释了BaMnO3及Ba1/2Sr1/2MnO3的生长机理。 BaMnO_3 nanorods starting from BaC1 and MnO_2 have been successfully synthesized by a composite-hydroxide-mediated (CHM) method at 200℃ for 24 h. Ba_1/2 Sr_1/2 MnO_3 nanoparticles have been synthesized by using Sr(NO_3) _2, BaCO_3 and MnO_2 under the same method and condition. Morphology, composition and crystalline phase are investigated by XRD, SEM and EDS. The reaction mechanism is discussed.
