摘要
通过应用精制胰磷脂酶A_2(PLA_2)经颈内动脉注射,复制成功SD大鼠酶性脑损伤动物模型,为PLA_2在AHNP时并发脑损伤提供了实验依据,为研究PLA_2介导的脑损伤的发病机理、诊断和防治奠定了实验基础.
In order to study the pathogenesis mechanism of pancreatic encephalopathy (PE) called 'enzymatic encephalopathy', an experimental model of the disease was made by means of injection of pancreatic phospholipase A2 (PLA2) to the carotid arteries of SD rats. 24 h after the injection of PLA2, the animals presented nerve cell damage and myelin degeneration. 7 days after the injection of PLA2, the myelin mesfested severe demelination. The established model had feasibility and reproducebility.
