本文通过对重庆科技学院教师新住区项目规划设计的归纳总结,从规划理念着手,围绕总体布局、交通组织、生态技术措施等方面对高校教师新住区规划设计进行探讨。

Through induction and summarization of the project planning design of new residential area for the teachers of Chongqing Institute of Science and Technology. Starting from the planning idea, this article discussed the planning design of new residential area for college teachers from the following aspects as overall layout, traffic organization, ecological and technical measures.
