摘要 目的利用原子吸收分光光度法测定中药茯苓中微量镉含量,了解中药茯苓中镉的含量。方法微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收测定法。结果利用微波消解进行茯苓的前处理,方法简便、快速、回收率高、精密度高;优化的仪器测试条件,拓宽了有效灰化温度的范围、降低了背景吸收,从而提高了灵敏度及延长了石墨管的使用寿命。本方法线性回归方程为Y=0.004851X^2+0.8273X+0.007(r=0.9996,n=3),回收率为95.6%-103.7%.最低检测浓度为0.012μg/L,线性范围为0—2μg/L。结论方法具有简便、快速、回收率高、精密度高的优点,该法适用于中草药茯苓中镉含量的测定。 Objective To develop a method to determine the contents of cadmium in tuckahoe with GF-AA. Methotis The sample is prepared via microwave digestion and detected with GF-AAS. Results It is simple, rapid, high recovery, and high precision to prepare the sample with the microwave digestion. It optimized the conditions of GF-AAS, expanded the effective temperature of the ash, reduced the background absorption, thus it enhanced the sensitivity and extend the life of the graphite tube. It showed that the recovery is 95.6% -103. 7%, LOD is 0. 012μg/L, the line range 0 - 2 μg/ml. Conclusion The method is simple, fast, high recovery, and high precision, and it can be applied to determine the cadmium in tuekahoe.
