趾甲原位覆盖与凡士林油纱对甲床损伤创面愈合效果的比较

Comparison effect of situ covering of toenail with petroleum gauze on the wound healing of the injured toe hyponychiom

目的比较趾甲原位覆盖与凡士林油纱两者对甲床损伤创面的愈合效果及趾甲恢复的形态。方法将56例足趾甲床损伤伴趾甲脱落的患者分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例32趾,经清创修整甲床后,采用趾甲原位覆盖;对照组26例26趾按常规处理后用凡士林油纱覆盖。比较两组术后2周内甲床创面愈合效果及随访3～4个月甲床修复效果、趾甲的形态。结果治疗组术后疼痛、出血、感染及愈合时间明显低于对照组(P<0.01);趾甲形态的恢复优良率治疗组(96.5%)明显高于对照组(76.9%)(P<0.01)。结论趾甲原位覆盖不但能减轻换药的疼痛、出血,降低创面感染及促进创面愈合,而且能最大限度地恢复趾甲形态,修复趾甲损伤。

Objective To compare the effect of situ covering of toenail with petroleum gauze dressing on the wound healing and toe shape recovering of the injured toe hyponychium. Method 56 cases of broken toe hyponychium with detachment were divided into test group and control group. 32 toes of 30 cases were covered with situ covering after debridement and repairing while 26 cases of control group were covered with petroleum gauze after routine treatment. The healing effect of two groups were compared in two weeks after operation. The repairing effect and the toe shape were also followed up for 3-4 months. Result The postoperative pain, hemorrhage,infection and healing time of control group were much lower than that of test group. The excellent and fine rate of the toe shape recovering （96.5%） were much higher than that of the test group （76.9%） （P〈0.01） . Conclusion Sim covering of toenail can not only relieve dressing change pain, bleeding, reduce infection, promote wound healing but also recover toenail shape at most and repair the toenail injury.
