摘要
根据已发表的蒲螨毒素基因序列设计引物,从我国特有种类肤小蠹蒲螨的基因组DNA中克隆出了12条序列。在GenBank中进行BLASTn分析,与P.tritici毒素基因tox34核苷酸相似性为84.21%~88.81%,与tox21A为84.21%~88.81%,与P.tritici毒素基因tox34氨基酸相似性为71.79%~85.26%,与tox21A为71.43%~78.97%。12条序列之间的距离矩阵为0.002~0.157,相似性为84.3%~99.8%。
Pyemotes phloeosinus sp. nov is a native specie to China, and is an important natural enemy to a broad range of insect species. Twelve sequences were cloned from P. phloeosinus sp. nov using 16 primers designed form the toxin gene sequences of P. tritici. The nucleotide homology of 12 sequences with fox34 were 84. 21% to 88.81%, while tox21A were 84. 21% to 88.81%. The amino acid homology of 12 sequences with fox34 were 71.79% to 85.26% , while tox21A were 71.43% to 78.97%. The distance matrix between 12 sequences were 0. 002 to 0. 157, the homology matrix were 84.3% to 99.8%.
