摘要
对润滑剂级辉钼矿进行超细粉碎研究,研究了磨矿浓度、球矿比、球径配比、搅拌转速、水溶分散剂用量、磨矿时间对超细磨矿结果的影响。结果表明:辉钼矿微粉的细度-2μm>90%,达到制备辉钼矿润滑剂的粒度要求。
Through experimental studies on ultra - fine grinding of molybdenite, it can be found that there is the effect of density in grinding, the ratio of ball to ore, ball distribution, rotating speed of mill, the consumption of dispersant, grinding time on grinding process. The result also showed the ultrafine molybdenite powder size can be obtained over 90% - 2μm, which meets the size requirement for lubricant manufacturing.
