摘要 VTK(Visualization Toolkit)[1]是功能强大的可视化图形图像开发包,在医学图像三维重建中得到广泛的应用。介绍三维重建中的移动立方体方法(Marching Cubes)和光线投射法(Ray-Casting),并利用VTK对肝脏进行了三维重建,实验结果表明MC方法具有运行速度快,效果好,便于观察肝脏内部血管等优点,在虚拟手术系统中适合采用该方法进行三维重建。 VTK is a powerful toolkit for visualization of graph and image data,which has been applied widely in 3D reconstruction of medical images.This paper presents two reconstruction algorithms:marching cubes and ray-casting.It also realizes the reconstruction of liver model by VTK.The experiment proves that MC Algorithm is suitable for 3D reconstruction in virtual operations because of its high speed,good quality and advantage of observing vein.
