摘要
以成年翠冠梨树为试材,采用控制田间土壤水分含量的方法,研究土壤水分胁迫对叶片生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着土壤水分含量降低,叶片组织含水量和水势下降;叶片细胞质膜相对透性上升;脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量增加;SOD活性先升后降呈抛物线关系;IAA含量降低、ABA含量增大。差异达到显著或极显著水平。
By the grown-up ‘Cuiguan' pear tree as material, the effects of soil moisture stress on the leaf physiological and biochemistry indexes by controlling the field soil moisture content were studied. The result indicated that,with the field soil moisture content reducing the leaf RWC and leaf water potential decreased ,relative permeability of plasma membrane increased ;proline content and soluble sugar content rose, the SOD activity first rose to fall assumes the parabola relations;IAA content reduced,and ABA content increased. The difference achieved remarkable or the extremely remarkable levd.
