摘要
应用血清学双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(DAS-ELISA)对采自四川省21个马铃薯主产区的981份田间病株、试管苗及薯块进行了马铃薯病毒检测鉴定。检出的病毒种类有马铃薯X病毒(PVX)、马铃薯Y病毒(PVY)、马铃薯S病毒(PVS)、马铃薯A病毒(PVA)、马铃薯M病毒(PVM)以及马铃薯卷叶病毒(PLRV)等6种病毒,其中PVS的检出率最高。同时对在安第斯山地区新发现的安斯山马铃薯潜隐病毒(APLV)、安第斯山马铃薯斑驳病毒(APMoV)2种病毒进行了检测,检测结果表明,四川还未发现这2种病毒。
The general surrey of potato viruses including symptom leaves tissue culture seedling and tubers,was carried out in 21 counties of Sichuan province and 981speciment of the disease were detected by DAS-ELISA. The results showed that at least six potato viruses were detected in Sichuan, including PVX,PVY,PVS,PVA,PVM and PLRV,and the detection rate of PVS was very high. We still detccted the newly-emerglng viruses,namely APLV and APMoV which were discovered in Andes,but the rusults showed these two viruses did not emerge in Sichuan.
