塔河中游柽柳灌丛土壤酶活性及微生物数量变化的研究 被引量:9

摘要 在塔河中游柽柳(Tamarix spp.)灌丛,选择典型样株按水平方向和垂直方向分别取土样,测定了6种土壤酶活性及细菌、真菌、放线菌数量。结果表明:柽柳灌丛从水平方向取样时,6种酶活性和微生物数量表现为:根部〉灌幅下〉灌幅边缘,且酶活性与微生物数量呈明显的相关性。柽柳灌丛从垂直方向取样时,随着土壤层深度的增加,6种酶活性和微生物数量总体呈现下降趋势,但在40-60cm深度出现了一个先增加后下降的过程。 6 kinds of soil enzyme activities and the quantity of bacteria,actinomyces and fungi under the canopy of Tamarix spp. shrubs at Tarim Middle river were discussed. The result showed that 6 kinds of soil enzyme activities and soil microorganism quantity under the canopy of Tamarix spp. shrubs in horizontal range both appeared seriation:rhizosphere 〉 under the canopy 〉 edge the canopy ,and 6 kinds of soil enzyme activities had a closed relationship with soil microorganism quantity. 6 kinds of soil enzyme activities and soil microorganism quantity under the canopy of Tamarix spp. shrubs on verticality both reduced as a whole with soil depth deepen gradually,but both had a little arise at 40-60 cm and then reduced.
