摘要
对收集自四川阿坝,云南丽江、曲靖、东川等地的6个乌头属药用品种样品提取了基因组DNA,并利用RAPD技术对其遗传多样性进行了分析。从117个引物中筛选出15个多态性引物,共扩增出97条DNA带,其中88条为多态性条带,占总条带数的90.7%。用NTSYS-pc2软件进行UPGMA聚类分析,并算出5个样品间的遗传相似性系数。
The genomic DNA of machined germplasm of Aconitum carmichaeli Dexb. (Ranunculaceae) was successfully extracted by using the developed method and a RAPD assessment of genetic variations in 6 samples of Aconitum carmichaeli Dexb. (Ranunculaceae) was established. 15 primers were screened from 117 arbitrary primers and a total 97 DNA bands were amplified among of which 90,7 % were polymorphic,the average number of DNA bands amplified by each primer was 6.5. Based on UPGMA of the software NTSYSpc-202 cluster analysis, a DNA molecular dendregram was established.
