济宁青山羊垂体促性腺激素的季节性变化 被引量:6

Studies on seasonal changes of gonadotrophin concentrations in Jining gray goat

摘要 本研究主要以不同季节济宁青山羊的垂体组织和外周血为研究对象,研究外周血和垂体组织中促性腺激素(GTH)在不同季节的变化以及二者的关系。结果表明,宰前外周血FSH和LH浓度均表现出明显的季节性变化(P<0.05),垂体组织中LH浓度在不同季节间有极显著变化(P<0.01),垂体组织中FSH浓度季节间变化不显著(P>0.05)。相关性分析结果表明,外周血LH浓度与垂体组织中LH浓度呈正相关(r=0.544,P<0.01),外周血FSH浓度与组织中FSH浓度不相关。 Jining gray goat peripheral serums taken prior to slaughter and pituitaries of the same animal,collected in different seasons during the annual cycle,were used to identify relation between them and their changes during the annual cycle by mean of RIA. The results suggested that peripheral serum concentrations of GTH and pituitary concentrations of LH shown significant seasonal changes,there were no significant ( P 〉 0.05 ) seasonal changes in pituitary concentrations of FSH. Concentrations of LH in serums were positively correlated( R = 0. 544, P 〈 0.01 ) with concentrations of that hormome in the pituitary. Concentrations of FSH in serums were not correlated with concentrations of that hormome in the pituitary.
