摘要
综述了桃果实采后生理特性、贮藏保鲜的影响因素,简要介绍了6种贮藏保鲜技术,并对桃贮藏保鲜领域的发展趋势作了展望。
The physical characteristics of postharvest peaches and some possible factors which influenced the storage of fresh peaches were discussed. Then six techniques for preservation of fresh peaches were introduced in brief, and the developmental direction of the refreshing techniques was discussed.
