摘要
以碘化钾法为基础,建立了一种简单快速从微量羊血中提取高质量基因组DNA的改进方法。该方法提取的基因组DNA经0.6%琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,DNA带整齐,无拖尾。OD260/OD280为1.81±0.13,浓度为(234±36.4)μg/mL,PCR扩增得到了满意的扩增效果。
An improved simple and quick method for extracting high - quality genomic DNA from small volume goat blood was established based on Potassium Iodide method. The genomic DNA was detected by 0.6% agar sugar gel electrophoresis, the result revealed the major bands of the genomic DNA were clear without the phenomenon of long tail. The OD260/OD280of DNA was 1.81 ＋0.13 and the concentration was （234 ＋ 36.4）μg/mL. The gained genomic DNA had good results of PCR amplification.
