摘要
分别用脱脂棉、琼脂和河沙为支持物,以MS+NAA 1.00 mg/L+6-BA 0.50 mg/L为培养基,对月季茎段愈伤组织诱导进行了试验。结果表明,支持物为脱脂棉的培养基对月季茎段愈伤组织诱导有较好的效果,但污染稍大。
A callus induction test of Rosa chinensis Jacq was carried out by using absorbent cotton, agar and sand as sustentaculum, MS ＋ NAA 1.00 mg/L ＋ 6 - BA 0.50 mg/L as culture medium. The results showed that the induction effect of the rose stems cultured in absorbent cotton was obvious, while the contamination rate was relatively high.
