中国突发公共卫生事件实验室检测现状的研究 被引量:20

STUDY ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF LABORATORY EXAMINATION FOR PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY EVENTS IN CHINA

摘要 [目的]分析我国突发公共卫生事件实验室检测工作现况及存在的问题,探讨提高突发公共卫生事件实验室诊断支持能力的途径与策略。[方法]应用描述性流行病学方法,利用统一的调查表收集并分析2005~2006上半年通过国家突发事件网络直报系统报告并已结案的突发公共卫生事件在实验室检测等环节的有关信息。[结果]突发事件总体实验室检测率为52.09%,其中传染病事件实验室检测率低于平均水平,为48.37%;东部地区实验室检测率略高于中、西部地区。[结论]目前,我国突发公共卫生事件实验室检测率仍较低,基层医疗机构及县级疾控机构的检测能力仍显不足,主要依赖于上级疾控机构,还不能很好地适应突发事件应急处置的需要。 [Objective] To analyze the current situation and existing problems of laboratory examination for public health emergency events in China, and explore the effective way and strategies to improve the diagnostic ability of laboratory examination for public health emergency events. [Methods] By descriptive epidemiology method, the relative information were collected and analyzed by uniform questionnaires, which was about laboratory. examination for public health emergency events that had been closed a case and reported through internet-based surveillance system during 2005 and 2006. [Results] The total rate of public health emergency events detected by laboratory examination was 52.09%. Out of them, the detective rate of infectious diseases in laboratory, was lower than average rate with 48.37% ; the detective rate in eastern part of China was shghdy higher than that in middle and western part of China. [ Conclusion] Currently. the detective rate of laboratory examination for public health emergency events in China was low, and the detective ability, ty for primary medical establishment and county CDC was insufficient, most of them depend on their superior CDC, furthermore they could not well meet the need to dealing with public health emergency event.
