脊髓灰质炎病毒在消毒学研究与评价中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 脊髓灰质炎病毒(Poliovims,PV),简称为脊灰病毒、是人脊髓前角灰白质炎的病原体,该病简称为脊髓灰质炎(Poliomyelitis),多发于婴幼儿,故又俗称为“小儿麻痹症”;1908年由Landsteiner和Popper将脊髓灰质炎死亡者的脑组织接种到猴脑分离到该病毒。1949年Enders等发明了组织培养技术,推动了PV病原学和疫苗的研究^[1,2]。PV属于小RNA病毒科(Pieornaviridae)的肠道病毒属(Enterovirus),该科包括直径在27-30nm的小病毒以及单链RNA病毒,
