The real reason for many organizational management researches to be of little importance or of no significance lies in the utilitarian tendency and potential defects in the traditional value orientation aiming at "committed-to-management" and " commltted-to-sclence". The former focuses excessively on organizational benefit, neglecting that the individual interests is correlated with the research, while the latter pays much concern to the unique organizational topic, far away from the reality of social life. The "committed-to-partlcipant" research (CPR) is an important supplement to the two value orientations mentioned above, by which the researcher's responsibility is extended beyond the data collection and the researcher should be identified as an "expert helper" to pay more concern to the employee" promotion and happiness. The researcher is technically required for the maximum effective contact with participant and ethically required to be honest to participant, which will help to fulfill the basic goal of organizational management research and enhance the researcher's social responsibility.
