从辽宁省主导产业实例出发,运用自主创新主导权等相关理论,在综合考虑制约辽宁主导产业发展的多重因素基础上,提出了促进辽宁主导产业自主创新的相关政策,以推动辽宁省主导产业的快速发展。

This article applies the theory of leadership power of independent innovation to the case of leading industry in Liaoning Province. Based on a synthetical consideration of multiple factors restricting the development of leading industry in Liaoning, it proposes the relevant policies to promote the independent innovation of leading industry in Liaoning in order to pro mote the fast development of leading industry in Liaoning.
