摘要
[目的]了解大学生的性知识和性行为,为进行有针对性性健康教育提供依据。[方法]采用现场调查,自行设计问卷,对浙江师范大学968名大学生进行无记名调查。[结果]性知识来源于影视、报刊杂志、同学朋友、健康教育及其他的男、女大学生之间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.01~2.63,P值均﹥0.05)。来源于老师、网络和家庭的男、女大学生之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.49~9.41,P值均﹤0.05)。婚前性行为发生率高15.19%。50.72%的大学生认为相爱就可以发生性行为。大学生最希望获取性知识的渠道:性健康教育课与心理咨询、报刊杂志和书籍、同伴教育、家庭和其他之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=88.27~698.26,P值均﹤0.01)。[结论]大学生性态度较开放和自由,而获取的性知识缺乏系统性、全面性、科学性。应根据学生需求及时开展性健康教育课。
[Objective] To understand the knowledge and behaviour in terms of sex among university students, in order to offer foundation for a set of more focused sex health education. [Method] The questionnaires were self-designed and conducted on site anonymotsly among 968 university students in zhejiang normal university. [ Results] There was no significant differences (X^2 = 0.01-2.63, P〉 0.05) within the source of the sex knowledge, between male and female university students, that comes from the TV, movie, newspaper, magazine, schoolmate, health education and extra, while there were significant differences (X^2 = 4.49-9.41, P 〈 0.05) that comes from the teachers, network and family. Pre-marital cohabitation rate was up to 15.19%. 50.72% of university students think that they could have sex if they love each other. There was significant differences (X^2 = 8.27-698.26, P 〈 0.01 ) in terms of obtained knowledge of sex from sex health education and psychology consult, newspaper, magazine, schoolmate, family and extra. [Conclusion] The aniversity students hold a relatively open mind on sex behaviours, however, at the same time, university students are lack of systematic, overall, scientific knowledge of sex. Sex health education should be scheduled to match their needs.
