摘要
[目的]了解某部食堂从业人员卫生知识的掌握程度及卫生行为形成情况的相关因素,为搞好食堂管理,提高服务质量提供依据。[方法]随机选取某院校、战士中队、招待所、附属医院六部食堂中的管理人员与操作人员共120名进行了问卷调查。[结果]食堂从业人员的健康知识平均得分为(5.45±1.11)分,常见的卫生习惯的养成为(5.76±1.01)分。卫生知识得分和行为得分都随着教育水平的升高、工龄的增长而呈显著上升的趋势,且两者都与籍贯有关,但与性别无关。[结论]食堂从业人员对卫生知识的了解程度还不高,需要加强健康教育的力度,卫生行为的养成有待提高。
[Objective] To know the mastery of health knowledge, and common healthy behavior among people ,worked in CPAPF eatery in order to improve the service level and enhance effective management. [Methods] 120 eatery workers were rahdomly sampled and investigated on the spot with self-designed questionnaire. [Results] Mean of mastery of health knowl, edge was 5.45±1.11, while that of Common healthy forming was 5.76±1.01. The score of health knowledge and behaviors went up with the accumulative increase of educational background and working age, showing irrelevant with native place and gender. [Conclusion] Health education should be strengthened as health knowledge mastery and behavior remain at a low level.
