手术无法切除肺癌术中转用氩氦刀治疗15例分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨术中氩氦刀靶向冷冻治疗系统治疗术中无法切除的晚期肺癌的安全性及有效性。方法2004—2006年期间,15例在开胸后发现无法切除的晚期肺癌患者在术中使用氩氦刀治疗。结果15例患者中,平均生存期11.6月,咳嗽、气促及咯血症状明显减轻。结论术中氩氦刀治疗可以延长术中无法切除的晚期肺癌的平均生存期,改善患者的症状,提高患者的生活质量,不失为一种有效的姑息治疗方法。 Objective To investigate the efficacy and the safety of intraoperative Ar-He targeted cryoablation in the patients with inoperable lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 15 patients with inoperable lung cancer receiving intraoperative Ar-He targeted cryoablation in our hospital from 2004 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average survival time for the 15 patients was 11.6 months. Conclusion The survival time of the patients with inoperable lung cancer undergoing intraoperative cryoablation is prolonged. Ar-He targeted cryoablation is a good palliative therapy for the disease because it not only relieves symptom but also improve the patients'life quality.
