摘要
目的观察二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的疗效。方法将106例患者随机分为两组,在常规抗心力衰竭基础上,渝疗组加用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙静脉给药;对照组仅给予常规治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的症状、体征、心功能分级、X线心胸比、心脏超声指标的变化。结果应用二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗后患者症状、体征、心功能状态、X线心胸比及心脏超声指标均有明显改善。结论二丁酰环磷腺苷钙治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭安全、有效。
Objective To assess the therapeutic effect of calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate on heart failure in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM）. Methods A total of 106 DCM patients with heart failure were allotted into trial group and control group at random. The trial group was given calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate in addition to conventional anti-heart failure treatment which was applied to the control group alone. Results The clinical situation and the echocardiogram findings were improved more significantly in the trial group than in the control group. Conclusion Calcium dibutyryladenosine cyclophosphate is not only a safe but also an effective therapeutic approach to the heart failure in the patients with DCM.
