摘要 目的了解军队在职师以上干部中存在的工作压力问题及社会支持状况。方法调查样本为来我院疗养的326名在职师以上干部。压力测量使用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS),并在设计的框架中加入有关变量。社会支持状况采用肖水源的社会支持评定量表(SSRS)。采用访问调查及集体问卷调查,初步分析了军队在职师以上干部中的高水平压力即健康危险性压力状况(HRS),以及HRS与社会支持相关性。结果调查样本中HRS发生率为28.57%,社会支持总分平均为39.55±6.01,发生HRS组社会支持总分低于未发生HRS组(P<0.05)。结论军队在职师以上干部HRS发生率明显低于国内一般人群水平,社会支持对压力缓解有一定作用。提出应重视这一特殊人群缓解工作压力的健康教育,在获得事业成功的同时保证身心健康。 Objective To realize the existing work stress and social support of in-service officers superior to the rank of division. Methods The samples consisted of 326 in-service high-ranking military officers ( superior or equal to the rank of division) who recuperated in our sanatorium. Chinese Perceived Stress Scale ( CPSS ) was applied to the measure of stress, and several variants were added to the designed structural frame. The social support was assessed by means of Xiao' s Social Support Rating Scale ( SSRS). On the basis of individual or collective questionnaire, their health risk stress (HRS) was initially analyzed, as well as its correlativity with social support, Results The HRS incidence was 28.57% and the mean score of social support was (39.55 ±6.01 ), The mean score of social support was significantly lower in the officers with HRS than in those without HRS ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The HRS incidence,is significantly lower among the high-ranking military officers in service than among the domestic common citizens. Social support helps to the remission of stress. Health education should be emphasized on the high-ranking officers in order that their work stress can be remitted, and that their physical and mental health can be assured when they succeed in careers.
