养肝化瘀退黄法对阴黄患者HA、LN的影响

Effect of Nourishing Liver,Removing Blood Stasis and Treating Jaundice on HA and LN of Patients with Yin Jaundice

用养肝化瘀退黄法治疗阴黄４３例，显效２７例（６２．７９％），与对照组相比差异显著，Ｐ＜０．０１。观察在养肝化瘀退黄法治疗前后透明质酸（ＨＡ）、层粘蛋白（ＬＮ）、血液粘度的变化，结果见各项指标下降明显，治疗前后相比具有显著性差异，Ｐ＜０．０５～０．００１。

In this study,43 patients with yin jaundice were treated by nourishing the liver,removing blood stasis and treating jaundice.Marked effect was obtained compared with the control group( P <0.01).HA,LN and blood viscosity dropped significantly after treatment( P <0.05～0.01),which indicates that this method has desirable effect in the treatment of yin jaundice.
