D-半乳糖致小鼠衰老模型海马突触蛋白的改变

Changes of Synaptic Protein of Hippocamp in Mouse Aging Model Caused by D-galactose

用Ｄ－半乳糖所致衰老模型组和正常对照组小鼠的海马制备突触体总蛋白，进行ＳＤＳ－聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及薄层扫描分析。结果：和对照组相比Ｄ－半乳糖造模组海马有８种蛋白的相对百分含量变化大于５％，４种升高，４种降低。

Electrophoretic analysis and thin-layer scanning were employed to observe changes of the synaptic protein of hippocamp in mouse aging models caused by D-galactose.The result showed that compared with the control group,the D-galactose group had 8 kinds of protein with changes in the relative percentage greater than 5%,4 kind of protein with increased content and 4 with decreased content.This indicates that D-galactose may influence the multiple synaptic protein of mouse hippocamp.
