机械通气在抢救重度急性有机磷中毒中间综合征的价值

目的探讨急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)特殊并发症中间综合征的诊断与治疗。方法通过对我院2004～2006年26例中间综合征(IMS)的诊断与治疗,总结其临床表现特点与治疗经过,提出IMS的诊断与治疗经验。结果26例IMS患者均采用有创机械通气,24例存活,放弃1例,死亡1例。结论及时识别重度急性有机磷中毒中间综合征的发生,并尽快采用有创机械通气,是抢救AOPP成功的关键。

Objective To study acute organophosphate pesticide poisoning complications intermediate syndrome diagnosis and treatment. Methods to hospital between 2004 and 2006 among 26 cases syndrome （IMS） in the diagnosis and treatment, their clinical features and treatment after, the proposed IMS diagnosis and treatment experience. Results 26 cases of patients with IMS using invasive mechanical ventilation, 24 survived and abandon 1,1 died. Conclusions Timely recognition of severe acute organophosphate poisoning syndrome among the occurrence and use the invasive mechanical ventilation, rescue AOPP is the key to success.
