新疆某地浸铀矿水冶系统的模拟与优化

摘要 运用系统工程的方法,结合试验、生产等经验,通过系统调优的控制因素分析、建立水冶工艺运行模拟流程等方法和手段来进行参数优化,实现了对"饱和再吸附"水冶工艺流程的实际操作模拟、系统调优模拟、在线控制和调优方案制定,并对优化方案效果进行预测。通过模拟,提出对该流程主要产品组分铀进行全流程优化方案,对流程主要化工原材料组分硝酸根提出优化方案建议。 Controlling factors of optimizing system are analyzed by using system engineering method, conbined with test results and production experiences. The simulation flow of running of hydrometallurgical process is established, and parameters of hydrometallurgical process of uranium are optimized. Consequently, the actual operation simulation, system optimation simulation, on-line control and optimization scheme formation can be carried out for the loaded resin readsorption process flow. The effect of the optimization scheme can be forecasted. Through simulation, the optimization scheme is presented for the main product(uranium) in the loaded resin readsorption process, and the optimization proposal is presented for main chemical componant (nitrate) in the process.
