摘要 通过对传动带成型机张力控制系统的控制方案进行比较与分析,优化设计了以单片机为核心、以磁粉制动器为执行元件的恒张力控制系统。该张力控制系统采用智能调节,能进行参数修改、调节变频器加减速曲线及时间常数,可防止卷绕物拉断,具有在线监视、通讯功能,系统操作方便、直观,排线间距控制精度较高,能大幅度提高传动带成品率,具有推广应用价值。 By comparing several different tension control systems for transmission belt building machine, the optimal constant tension brake control system which based on singlechip and magnatic powder brake was designed. The tension control system adopted intelligent adjustment, and the parameters could be modified to regulate the frequency converter acceleration/deceleration curves and acceleration/deceleration time constant for preventing the entanglemant tension. It had on-line surveillance and communication function, the system was easy in operating and direct-viewing, the control accuracy of wire arrangement equidistang is higher too. As a resuit, the rate of finished transmission belt products could be greatly improved, the design was of great using value.
