摘要
结合规范的要求,对汽车品牌4S专营店的展示及销售场地、保养维修车间和室外停车场进行防火功能分析。利用性能化设计的思想,从钢结构防火、玻璃幕墙防火、防火分隔与防火分区以及防排烟等方面探讨了汽车销售专营店的消防安全性能化设计途径。
Fire protection is analyzed about showing field, sale field, room for repair and park of 4S car shop according require of code. Based on the performance-based design, fire protection of steel framework, fire protection of glass wall, fire compartmentation, fire compartment and smoke control are discussed.
