摘要
本文研究了冷凝式燃气热水器的高低温热交换器的腐蚀发生机理、影响因素及常用的防腐措施,并筛选出合适的防腐蚀涂料。然后对涂有这些耐腐蚀涂料的冷凝式燃气热水器热交换器进行耐久性试验,根据对比试验结果,优选涂层材料。
The paper researches condensing gas water heater high and low temperature heat exchanger anticorrosion mechanism, influence factors, and common anticorrosion measures. Therefore, suitable anticorrosion coating is screened out, and then doing that coating heat exchanger endurance test. According to contrast test results, the best coating material is select out.
