利益管理是提升顾客忠诚计划有效性的关键

摘要 顾客忠诚计划实施的目的是为了提高顾客的忠诚度。然而,企业花费了大量的时间和成本,结果没能实现顾客对企业的忠诚,其关键在于忽略了忠诚计划的本质是利益管理。
