摘要
对大鼠结肠收缩活动及排粪质量的观察发现,持续6小时的寒冷束缚应激引起其结肠动力显著增强,应激解除后60小时仍未恢复。应激尚可改变进食和P物质等生理性刺激引起的结肠动力反应。提示应激扰乱结肠运动的后续效应是多方面的,进一步支持应激与功能性肠病的可能联系。
The intensity of the stress effect on colonic motility was evaluated in eshour cold-restraint stressed rats. The contractile motility was recorded before, during and 1h and 60 hrs after stress. Motor responses to intraveveous exogenous peptides (VIP, SP, SST, NT) and to feedng were determined both during control and post-stYess periods. The motor indexes (MI) of both proximal and distal colon were elevated significantly during stress and persisted till 60 hrs after stress. Motor response to SP was enhanced markedly in the post-sttessed period- Response to feeding was delayed and reduced in magnitude and duration. Besides, the fecal pellets were investigated for 72 hrs during pre-and poststress sessions. The number of fecal pellets was decreased but its water content was increased within 60 hrs after stress. The overall results suggest that stress has residual and multi-effect on colonic motility which may be relevant to the pathogenesis of colonic motor disorder.
