摘要
通过对442名员工从医院责任和员工责任两个方面三个维度对我院员工群体心理现状进行调查分析,运用统计学原理研究分析不同年龄、职称、学历、工作年限、员工身份群体的工作满意度状况,探索有效的激励机制,通过强化员工正性情绪的体验,有效维系医院与员工群体心理契约的平衡性,对发挥员工群体的创造性、合作性、自主性,提高团队绩效,实现医院愿景,具有重要的现实意义。
Based on the investigation of psychology status of 442 staff in a mental health center, job satisfaction rate was analyzed by stratify of age, professional title, education background, job experience. Effective incentive mechanism to encourage innovation, team work and autonomy working were analyzed to improve hospital performance and achieve hospital vision.
