摘要
阐述了激励艺术在医院管理中的应用。认为激励艺术是人本管理的重要体现;并结合该院管理实际探讨了如何灵活运用激励艺术以及激励艺术的前提、原则和内涵。
The experience of incentive mechanism in hospital management was introduced. Incentive mechanism was one of important part of humanistic management. The preconditions, principles and content of using incentive mechanism were presented.
