三级公立医院支援社区卫生服务的功能定位研究

Research on functional orientation of tertiary public hospital's to aid community healthcare service

要实现人人享有基本卫生保健服务的目标,解决城市人民群众"看病难、看病贵"问题,大力发展城市社区卫生医疗服务,完善社区医疗服务功能是关键。在此前提下,作为医疗资源主要拥有者的三级公立医院,更应该积极支持社区卫生服务中心的建设与发展。本文通过医疗资源纵向整合的支援途径,从三级公立医院支援社区卫生服务的功能定位分析入手,介绍了上海交通大学医学院附属新华医院支援社区卫生服务的工作情况,为进一步推进该项支援工作提出建设性意见。

In order to achieve the goal of primary health care for all residents and solve ＂difficult and expensive to seek medical treatment＂, the key task was to greatly develop urban community healthcare service and improve community＇s health service function. Tertiary public hospital owned main medical resource, it had responsibilities to support community health service development. Experience of tertiary public hospital aid community health service through medical resource vertical integration of Affiliated Xinhua Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University were introduced.
