论述了我国公立医院面临的现状和主要问题,提出实施医疗卫生改革的几点建议,即实施与加强三级预防网络;纵向整合医疗资源,实施医院集团化管理;建立合理的医疗服务价格体系;规范药品生产流通秩序和供应保障体系。同时提出医院的管理策略。

Status and problems of public hospital were analyzed. Suggestions of health system reform as well as applying and strengthening three-level prevention network, vertical integrating medical resource, applying collectivize management, building rational medical price system and regulating drug produce and market circulation were discussed.
