摘要
对深化、细化卫生改革提出几点意见和建议,指出,医改关键是构建医、患、保三方相互依存又相互制约的运行机制;要为医改政策的顺利实施营造有利的社会氛围;重视发挥城市大型公立医院在医疗卫生体系建设中的重要作用;推进中医医疗服务体系和中医预防保健服务体系的建设;医院要苦练内功,选择正确的发展战略。
Some suggestions on health system reform were presented. Health system reform was considered to be focused on building an effective mechanism among hospital, patient and social medical insurance. A friendship atmosphere for health reform policy application be made, the importance of urban general tertiary hospital in health delivery system be highlighted, traditional Chinese medicine system and prevention medicine be strengthened.
