2001～2006我国医疗机构科技论文产出能力分析

Analysis on medical institute scientific paper output ability in 2001-2006

目的:通过对我国优秀医疗机构的科技论文产出能力海量数据的分析,从宏观上了解我国各地区各级别优秀医疗机构的发展水平。方法:利用大型数据库海量数据来量化分析我国优秀医疗机构的科研产出能力。结果:科技论文产出数量较多的医院以大型综合性三级医院为主;高校附属医院在本行业中承担了将近一半的科研任务,排名靠前的医疗机构以高校附属医院为主;经济发达地区的科研能力较强,以广东、北京、上海等地区为主;结论:从宏观上了解各地区优秀医疗机构科技论文产出实力,能协助各级医院管理部门对本地进行综合管理,合理配置资源,积极推动医疗科研机构的学术活动和科研工作,为各级卫生行政部门及医院管理部门提供客观评价参考,是落实"医院管理年"的重要依据。

Objectives： Excellent scientific paper database of medical institute was analyzed to evaluate the research ability of medical institute in different area and different tiers. Methods： quantitative analysis. Results： Most of scientific papers were in general tertiary hospitals and affiliated hospital took about half of research work. Economic developed area got excellent research ability such as Guangdong province, Beijing and shanghai. Conclusions： Hospital research ability could help hospital comprehensive administration, rationally allocated medical resource and research roles. It could also help evaluating hospital.
