PRM理论在医院体检档案管理中的应用研究

Application of PRM theory on management of physical examination archives

由于新形势下医院体检档案管理模式的转变,我院体检中心在档案管理研究和实践工作中引进了国际先进的病人关系管理(Patient Relationship Management,PRM)理论,建立并施行现代化体检档案管理。本文通过介绍PRM理论与PRM体检档案概念,讨论PRM体检档案的内容和特点,以及我院将PRM理论导入体检档案管理的经验,论证了PRM在充份掌握群众健康体检需求、降低医疗成本、维护服务对象忠诚度和扩大业务基础方面的作用。

With the transformation of hospital physical examination archives management mode, patient relationship management （PRM） theory was introduced in hospital to build modem physical examination archives system. The article introduced the conceptions of PRM and PRM physical examination archives, ~ physical examination archives content and characters and the experience of physical examination archives in hospital, analyzed functions of PRM in patient physical examination demand, decreasing medical cost and increasing patient.
