摘要 特大型悬臂式变截面钢箱梁是现代港口码头起重运输机械的关键金属结构件,要求它具有良好的承载能力和较大的抗弯刚度。由于构件尺寸长,焊缝种类多,焊接难度大,在制造过程中采用了相应的措施,特别是通过焊接规范和焊接程序的调整有效地控制了焊接变形和焊接应力。 Super-huge cantilever type variable sectional steel box beam is the key member of structures of the handling machinery for modern port. It needs not only good bearing capacity, but also large bending rigidity. Suitable measures was adopted in the manufacturing process because of long size, type of welding seam va- rious, and difficulty for weld By adjusting the welding sequence in light of the welding rules, the welding deformation and the welding stress had been controlled effectively.
