摘要
依据海底管道的风险评估方法,参考概率论的基本原理,论述了事故性抛锚情况下,锚撞击海底管道的概率,估算出事故抛锚对海底管道的损害程度,并提出应对措施。
Accidental anchoring operation could make serious damage to the submarine pipelines. According to the evaluation method and Reference the basic theory of probability, the paper describes the probability model of anchor＇s impacting the submarine pipeline in the accidental anchoring operation, estimates the degree of damage to the submarine pipeline, and gives some countermeasures.
