大学生思想品德状况及教育对策——以曲靖师范学院为例

The College Student's Ideological and Moral Situation and Its Educational Countermeasures

根据问卷调查和征文比赛收集资料整理发现:当前大学生思想品德状况主流是积极健康的,他们关心国家发展、民族兴旺;成才欲望强烈,认同社会主义道德信念,对自身价值定位准确,关心学校发展等,同时也存在着思想复杂,学习目标不明确,求职危机强烈,人际关系淡漠,诚信缺失等问题。究其原因,主要是主客观两方面诸多原因所致,对此,高校党组织和教职员工应充分发挥"管理育人、教书育人、服务育人"的功能,以德化人、以情感人、以理服人,引导和促进大学生和谐健康成长成才。

The study through questionnaires and solicit articles reveals that the mainstream of the college student＇s ideological and moral situation is active and healthy, that the students are concerned both with the nation＇ s development and their people＇ s prosperity and the development of their university, that they have strong motivation to succeed and proper evaluation on themselves, and that they all identify with the socialist moral belief. Meanwhile, there are complex mental issues, unclear goal for their study, strong anxiety about employment, indifferent interpersonal relation and dishonesty among the college students and what resulted in these issues can be subjective and objective ones. The organization of the Party and the staff of the university should have the function of ＂nurturing students by management, teaching and service＂ and influence the students with moral, move the students with affection so that the students will acquire a harmonious and healthy development.
