流动人口管理是社会治安管理的重要内容,流动人口违法犯罪严重影响社会的和谐稳定。云南省曲靖市在流动人口管理中取得了明显成效,但也还存在一些亟待解决的问题。做好曲靖市的流动人口管理工作,必须形成一个合力、把好两个关口、建好三支队伍、构建四张网络、实行"五化"管理。

Floating population management is an important content of social security management, and breaking the law and committing a crime of floating population affect seriously stability of society. In Qujing City of Yunnan Province, floating population manage ment has won remarkable success, but it still exists several problems which need to be solved. In order to manage well floating population, we must produce one joint forces, grip two passes, construct three troops, construct four networks, and exercise five kinds of managing ways.
