唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床疗效

An observation on curative effect of zoledronic acid on metastatic bone pain

目的:观察唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床疗效。方法:唑来膦酸注射液4mg加入生理盐水100ml静脉滴注15min,每月1次,连续用3次,于3周期结束时评价疗效。结果:骨痛完全缓解57.1%(16/28),部分缓解28.6%(8/28),总有效率为85.7%(24/28);骨转移病灶完全缓解14.3%(4/28),部分缓解50%(14/28),总有效率为64.3%(18/28);生活能力显效28.6%(8/28),有效42.9%(12/28),总有效率71.4%(20/28)。副作用为暂时性发热。结论:注射用唑来膦酸一次用药4mg,对恶性肿瘤溶骨转移疼痛的止痛作用疗效确切,不良事件发生率较低,且用量少,用药时间短,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To strudy the curative effect of zoledronie acid on metastatic bone pain. Methods： All 28 eases were treated with zoledronic acid 4 mg by intravenous infusion once each month for 3 months. The effect was evaluated when 3 cycles finished. Results： Pain relief rate was 85.7% （24/28） ,including complete relief rate 57.1% （16/28） and part relief rate 28.6% （8/28）. Bone metastasis response rate was 64.3% （18/28） ,including complete response rate 14.3% （4/28） and part response rate 50% （14/28）. The activity of daily living（ADL） recovery rate was 71.4% （20/28）, including complete recovery rate 28.6% （8/28） and part recovery rate 42.9% （12/28）. The common side - effect was transient pyrexia. Conclusion： The regimen of zoledronie acid 4 mg single intravenous drop infusion have precisely efficacy in the treatment of pain caused by malignant tumor osteolys is osseous metastasis which have low adverse events rate and convenient adminstration short using time.
