膝关节色素绒毛结节性滑膜炎术后放疗的效果

Post-operative radiotherapy for pigmented villonodular synovitis of knee joint

目的:观察术后放疗对色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎复发的预防作用,并比较普通放疗与立体定向放疗的优劣。方法:11例术后患者分为2组,普通放疗组6例,6MVX线两侧对穿照射,单次量DT2.0Gy,每周照射5次,总量为DT34.0Gy;立体定向放疗组5例,设3-4个适形野,单次剂量DT3.0Gy,总量为DT18.0Gy-21.0Gy,隔日照射1次。结果:放疗后,患者膝关节疼痛肿胀明显缓解,11例均无复发,立体定向放疗5例膝关节功能均优,普通照射2例优、4例良。结论:放射治疗对本病的复发有明显预防作用,立体定向精确照射疗效明显,放疗副反应轻。

Objecive：To observe the preventive function of radiotherapy for pigmented villonodular synovitis of knee joint and compare conventional radiotherapy and stereotactic radiotherapy. Methods： Eleven cases of post - operative radiotherapy for pigmented villonodular synovitis of knee joint were divided into two groups. 6MVX was adopted to the 6 cases of the conventional group 5 times per week with DT2.0Gy per time and DT34.0Gy in total. While 3 - 4 conformal fields were applied to the 5 cases of stercotactic group every two days with DT3.0Gy per time and DT18.0 -21.0Gy in total. Results： The obvious release of pain and swelling was observed in all the 11 cases with the absence of recurrence. Excellent performance of the knee joints in the 5 cases of stereotactic group was detected and 2 excellent cases and 4 good performance were revealed in conventional group. Conclusion： Radiotherapy plays a significant prevention against the recurrence of the disease. Stereotactic precision irradiation works efficiently with little side reaction.
