肿瘤在60岁以后发病率显著增加。随着我国人口结构的老年化,老年肿瘤患者越来越多,其对化疗的耐受性及安全性有待深入了解。本文介绍了老年患者的药代动力学和药效学特点以及老年患者化疗常见的毒副作用,另外还介绍了老年综合评价的内容及重要性。就老年常见肿瘤化疗的有效性及安全性做了重点介绍并分析了各种研究结论之间差异的原因。

The incidence of cancer is growing rapidly among the individuals aged 60 years and older. In our country, there are more and more cancer patients above 60 years, thus it is very important to realize the efficacy and toxicity of chemotherapy in the older patients. In this article, the author reviewed the literatures and discussed the pharmacokinetics and pharmacedynamics of the elderly and the common side effects of chemotherapy in the old patients, besides, information regarding the content and importance of CGA are presened. The author gave more information about the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy and also causes of the differences among the variety of researches.
