摘要
近年来,我国硕士毕业生起薪逐年下滑。运用柠檬市场模型分析表明,高校扩招后,部分硕士生的培养质量下降,而用人单位无法甄别硕士生质量的高低,导致"逆向选择",这意味着硕士生的起薪有继续下降的趋势,同时高质量硕士生将有可能更难找到工作,最终导致潜在高质量硕士生缺乏学习积极性、科研能力下降。解决这一问题的关键在于提高硕士生的培养质量,进一步完善硕士生就业市场的信息传递机制。
The starting salary of postgraduates in China has gradually decreased recently. An analysis based on lemon market model reveals that after the enlarging enrollment of colleges and universities, the educational quality of part of postgraduates has decreased and the employers can' t select those qualified from them. It will lead to "Adverse Selection", which means that the starting salary of postgraduates has a tendency to decrease further. Meanwhile, it will be probably more difficult for qualified postgraduates to find an ideal job. It makes the potential qualified postgraduates lack of the enthusiasm to study and improve their ability to research. The key point to solve this problem is to advance the education quality of postgraduates and further enhance information transferring system of postgraduates' job market.
