摘要
新课程情境中,教师的权威不断弱化,迫切需要对教师赋权增能,因此,必须对教师赋权增能的内涵、教师权威弱化的影响因素以及教师赋权增能的策略加以再认识,从而推进新课程改革。
In the situation of new curriculum, teacher's authority weakens continuously. So it's urgent to endow teacher with power. We must review the content of teacher Empowerment, the influence factors of the teacher disempowerment and the strategy of increasing teacher's power to promote the reform of new curriculum.
